Epifania Lim 
Executive Director, United Neon Foundation, Inc.

Ms. Epifania R. Lim also called as Fanny Lim is the Executive Director of United Neon Foundation (formerly Hearts for Breakthrough Learning Foundation Inc.). She graduated in 1987 with Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Social Work at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and became a board placer (Number 6) in the Social Work Licensure Exam (1987). She worked as Social Worker at Educational Research Development Assistance (ERDA) Foundation (1987-1990) then became a Medical Social Worker at University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital during 1990 - 1994.

After that, she decided to become a full time Missionary of Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ from 1994 -2002 then became the Owner & Finance Officer of Lighthouse Educational Corp. from 2006 - 2016. On 2017 until present she works as the Executive Director of United Neon Foundation, Inc. She uses her influence to share hope to the families and beneficiaries through providing quality service in supervising the existing programs of the foundation.

Marie Faye D. Acupan, RSW
Social Worker/Scholarship Program In Charge

Ms. Marie Faye D. Acupan, RSW or “Faye” is the foundation’s Scholarship Program In Charge and Registered Social Worker. She graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, earning a Magna Cum Laude distinction. In UNFI, she is tasked to manage the operation of the Scholarship Program including the formulation and delivery of services and the conduct of case management that best benefit the scholars. She employs her name, F.A.Y.E. (Faith in God, Advocacy for children, Yearning for self-growth, and Excellence), as the guiding principles in her commitment to the foundation’s endmost mission of making lives meaningful.

Glenn Capulong
Program Administrative Assistant

Mr. Glenn Capulong serves as UNFI's Administrative Assistant. He holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries, where he also fulfilled roles as the School Registrar and Student Services Coordinator. Additionally, he dedicated several years to ministering as a pastor at Beginnings Church in Makati, catering to individuals of diverse age groups.
 

What truly attracted Mr. Capulong to join the UNFI team was the organization's mission of enhancing lives by helping individuals lead purposeful lives, nurturing meaningful relationships, and encouraging everyone to view challenges as opportunities for personal growth. For him, working at UNFI isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to continue following the call of the Lord in his life.

Ms. Lohkea Boribor, LPT
UNFI's ALS Instructional Manager

Ms. Lohkea Boribor, LPT, also known as Teacher Kea, is UNFI's ALS Instructional Manager for Manila Learners. She earned a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree from Southern Luzon State University in 2023 with a major in General Education.    Prior to her current role, she honed her teaching skills as a preschool teacher at St. Gerard School, Inc. in Lucena City. With a passion for education, Teacher Kea seeks to positively impact the underserved community through fostering a nurturing environment that promotes cognitive development and holistic growth.

Judith Flancia
ALS Instructional Manager

Ms. Judith Flancia also called as Teacher Judith is UNFI's ALS Instructional Manager for Pasay Learners. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in ECE (Early Childhood Education) and specialized in Special Education at St. Joseph College of Bulacan, year 2006. She is a mother of 3.

She has an experience of being a former Pre-School Teacher for 5 years at Noah's Ark Academy in Bulacan. And now, she is an Instructional Manager (IM) at Alternative Learning Systems (ALS) of  United Neon Foundation Inc. who has empathy to help the less fortunate since 2016. Her work in UNFI is to EDUCATE  WITH VALUES and EMPOWER our under graduates in Elementary and High School learners to achieve their dreams in spite of their struggles in life.

Maylyn Tañamor
ALS Instructional Manager

Ms. Maylyn Tañamor is an ALS alumna from Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay in 2014.  She successfully earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a major in General Education at Western Mindanao State University - Diplahan Campus. In September 2021, she passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers.
 

Her journey in education has been greatly enriched by her internship experience at Diplahan Central Elementary School. During this time, she honed not only her teaching skills but also her ability to connect with various members of the school community. This experience reinforced her belief that teaching is her true calling, and she is dedicated in helping all learners achieve their dreams.
